With one exception, not one single investigation to this date, orthodox or
unorthodox, has been completed to the point of identifying with precision the
primary causes and the mechanisms of the disease, the means to accurately detect
it at any stage of the process, the means to prevent the initial process to evolve into
an actual cancer, and the means to intervene therapeutically to arrest its progress,
reverse the condition, and bring the cancerous organism back to normal.
Karkinos is the story of that exceptional research, through which all of that was
accomplished. It includes the non-fiction recollection of the work done, told in
regular language for everybody to understand and grasp the magnitude of what
achieved, and a brief, basic course on Oncology, for the reader to understand the
content of the research.
The scientific recollection is wrapped in a human story intended to get the reader
